Hope

As days turn to years,

And hopes become tears,

I'll meet my fears

And wish to them "cheers"

For all these souvenirs,

Sights of new frontiers,

And kind words to my ears,

All from mere volunteers.

None dare interferes

With sneers, jests, or jeers

For the truth just reveres,

My dream always endears,

For love always perseveres

And my hope reappears
